Stephen M. Scherr

Stephen Scherr is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Hertz. He is focused on transforming the iconic American company into a global leader in shared mobility, electrification, and digital-first customer experience.

Prior to joining Hertz in February 2022, Stephen spent nearly three decades at Goldman Sachs. He served as Chief Financial Officer from 2018 through 2021, a period during which the firm undertook considerable growth across its new and existing businesses. During his time at Goldman Sachs, Stephen led a number of the firm’s most important businesses, including as Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Banking Division, Global Head of the Financing Group and leader of the firm’s consumer business. 
 
Stephen serves on the boards of the Jewish Museum and the New York Stem Cell Foundation. He is also a member of Business Roundtable, the Council on Foreign Relations and the United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board. 
 
He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an A.B. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

Fran Bermanzohn

Fran Bermanzohn has been a member of the Board of Directors of KKR Real Estate Select Trust Inc., a closed-end SEC-registered investment fund investing in commercial real estate, since 2020.  She serves as Chair of its Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of its Audit Committee.  Prior to this, Fran served for 27 years in legal and leadership roles with Goldman Sachs, retiring as the firm’s Deputy General Counsel with responsibility for all its trading and investment banking businesses, as well as the merchant banking and consumer on-line banking businesses.  During her tenure at Goldman, she was also actively involved in key business strategies and served on numerous senior firmwide committees, including the Capital Committee, which oversaw global debt underwriting commitments; the Investment Policy Committee, which reviewed significant balance sheet and merchant bank investments; and the Partnership Committee, which was involved in leadership development and partner selection.  Prior to Goldman, Fran spent approximately 10 years practicing law at two major law firms and then the Public Securities Association.  Fran also currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Hospital for Special Surgery.

Colin Farmer

Colin Farmer is independent Lead Director; Senior Managing Director and the Head of the Management Committee of Certares. Previously, he was Managing Director of One Equity Partners. Prior to that, he was a Principal at Harvest Partners, a middle market private equity firm, and an Analyst at Robertson Stephens & Company, a middle market investment bank. Colin serves on the Boards of Internova Travel Group, AmaWaterways, Guardian Alarm, Mystic Invest and Certares Holdings, and is a member of Certares’ Investment Committee.

Jennifer Feikin

Jennifer Feikin is a member of the Board of Directors on the mutual fund boards of Capital Group Private Client Services Funds, Capital Group U.S. Equity Fund, American Funds International Vantage Fund, American Funds Global Insight Fund, and Emerging Markets Growth Fund. Prior to being a mutual fund director, Jennifer led the Google Video content team and negotiated many of Google’s first and largest search and advertising deals. Before joining Google, she was a part of AOL Time Warner's strategic development group, worked in business affairs at Twentieth Century Fox, Fox Searchlight and Morgan Creek Productions and served as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where she began her career. Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy of California.

Mark Fields

Mark Fields has served as a Director of Hertz since June 2021 and was interim CEO from October 2021 to February 2022. Fields also serves as Senior Advisor at TPG Capital LP. He was previously President and CEO of Ford Motor Company and held senior leadership roles at the company, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President & President of the Americas, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the Premier Automotive Group and Ford Europe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Premier Automotive Group, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Mazda Motor Corporation. He serves as a Director of Qualcomm, Lead Independent Director of Tanium, a Director of TPG Pace Solutions Corp., and a Director of TPG Pace Beneficial II Corp. He has previously served on the Boards of Ford, IBM and Mazda.

Vincent J. Intrieri

Vincent Intrieri is Chief Executive Officer and founder of VDA Capital Management LLC, a private investment fund founded in 2017, and has served as a director of Hertz Global Holdings since September 2014. Previously, he was with Carl C. Icahn-related entities from October 1998 to December 2016 in various investment-related capacities, including most recently as Senior Managing Director of Icahn Capital LP, Icahn Onshore LP, and Icahn Offshore LP.  Prior to joining Icahn Capital, Vincent was a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP.  He is a director of Transocean Limited.  Previously, he served as a director of Energen Corporation, Conduent Incorporated, Chesapeake Energy, Forest Laboratories Inc, CVR Energy Inc, Federal-Mogul Corporation, Navistar International, and various other public companies.

Jeffrey Nedelman
Jeffrey Nedelman has been Senior Managing Director of Certares Management LLC since 2020.  He is a member of the Investment Committee and Management Committee for both Certares Management LLC and the CK Opportunities Fund.  Prior to joining Certares, Mr. Nedelman spent over 25 years at Goldman Sachs where most recently he was the Co-Head of Global Equities and a member of the Firmwide Client and Business Standards Committee and the Securities Division Executive Committee.
Andrew Shannahan

Andrew Shannahan is Head of Research and Partner at Knighthead Capital Management, LLC, an event driven and deep value focused SEC registered investment advisor that specializes in investing in companies that need financial and operational restructuring. Andrew brings oversight to the Knighthead research team through his investment expertise gained during thirteen years at Knighthead, leading complex investment situations. Prior to joining Knighthead in 2008, he spent six years as a senior research analyst for Litespeed Partners, an event-driven hedge fund. Andrew serves on the Board of ATI Physical Therapy, Inc., and is a member of the Investment Committee of certain funds managed by Knighthead Capital Management, LLC.

Thomas (Tom) Wagner

Thomas (Tom) Wagner is Vice Chairperson; Co-Founder and Managing Member of Knighthead Capital Management, LLC, an event driven and deep value focused SEC registered investment advisor that specializes in investing in companies that need financial and operational restructuring. His deep financial experience also includes serving as Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in Capital Structure Franchise Trading, as well as roles at Credit Suisse First Boston and Ernst & Young, LLP. Tom is currently Board Chairman of Knighthead Annuity & Life Assurance Company and on the Board of Trustees of Villanova University, the National Advisory Board for Youth Inc., and the National Leadership Council for the Navy SEAL Foundation. He is the Co-Portfolio Manager of all funds and accounts managed by Knighthead Capital Management, LLC.

Evangeline Vougessis

Evangeline Vougessis is the Co-Founder and CEO of Moneikos Global Asset Management in Monaco and the co-founder of MaxInvest Holdings, a single-family office that invests in startups and early-stage companies. She previously served as Investor Relations and Strategy Director at Marfin Popular Bank Group as well as Marfin Investment Group, a multi-billion pan-European investment company headquartered in Greece, where she raised millions in capital. She was also recognized as the Best IR Manager in Greece for her position as Investor Relations Manager at Commercial Bank of Greece, a subsidiary of Credit Agricole Bank of France. She started her career as a research analyst in ABN AMRO Equities London, a subsidiary of ABN AMRO BANK Group.
